Kenneth is a seasoned and accomplished Manager with over 24 years of quality work experience in senior management roles with leading public and private companies in Kenya.
A results oriented team player who practices excellent management, and leadership skills in all roles handled leading to increased efficiency, revenue growth, productivity and great business results.
He possesses profound knowledge of the government policies pertaining to budgeting and accounting coupled with outstanding knowledge of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. Highly skilled in planning, economic development, and personnel management as well as possess strong concepts of all County and National laws and regulations.
Professional Background
Head of the administration and secretary to the Municipal Board responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Municipality, and for ensuring that plans and strategies are rolled out in a way that benefits the community.
Stanchart Bank Branch Manager, charged with managing and coordinating banking operations, business development and growth, organizing marketing activities within the business area, reviewing of assets and liabilities, ensuring sufficient physical and human resources at all times, monitoring and reviewing customer service, staff training and development among other duties.
Branch Manager & Operations Manager, Co-op Bank overseeing all aspects of banking at the branch, as well as bank security and overall maintenance.
