Evalyne Omasaja

Chief Executive Officer

Evalyne Omasaja serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PAP Kenya, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the organization’s vision, growth, and impact. She brings a wealth of experience in business leadership, consulting, tourism, insurance, and community development, enabling her to lead multidisciplinary initiatives that create sustainable change.

Her leadership is driven by a deep commitment to empowering vulnerable communities, strengthening local institutions, and fostering partnerships that deliver lasting development outcomes. Under her guidance, PAP Kenya continues to expand its reach, strengthen its programmes, and build innovative solutions that improve livelihoods, promote environmental sustainability, and create opportunities for future generations.

Evalyne is passionate about collaborative leadership, believing that sustainable development is achieved when communities, governments, development partners, and the private sector work together towards shared goals. Her vision continues to position PAP Kenya as a trusted partner in community transformation and sustainable development.

Kenneth Nabulindo

Board Chairman

Kenneth Nabulindo is an accomplished leader with over twenty years of executive experience across the public and private sectors. As Chairman of the Board, he provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, ensuring that PAP Kenya remains focused on its mission while upholding the highest standards of accountability and organizational excellence.

His extensive experience in leadership, corporate governance, strategic planning, and institutional development enables him to guide the organization through sustainable growth while strengthening partnerships and enhancing organizational performance.

Kenneth is committed to promoting good governance, innovation, and responsible leadership that empowers communities and creates long-term development impact.

Hyline Morara

Board Treasurer

Hyline Morara serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors, providing financial oversight and supporting sound governance across the organization. She is a Clinical Officer specializing in Mental Health and Psychiatry, with extensive experience in healthcare delivery, psychosocial support, HIV programming, and community health systems.

Her professional background brings a unique perspective to PAP Kenya’s work, particularly in promoting holistic community well-being and strengthening access to quality health services. As Treasurer, she helps ensure prudent financial management, transparency, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources.

Hyline is passionate about improving the health and dignity of vulnerable populations and believes that sustainable development can only be achieved when communities have access to quality healthcare, strong institutions, and inclusive opportunities.
